Great value
Its a good location in downtown easy to get to from the main station. (Not the HSR) Get the bus from HSR to main station then a short walk. Staff very friendly and helpful Lots of shops and restaurants around and close to the big mall Under renovation when we were there and rooms are being up graded. We were given a bigger and better room because of the renovation.

the room is comfortable, clean. and also the staff so nice.
I think the television need to upgrade . use OTBC. because some guests maybe from another country. like me usually, I like to see star move,HBO . It would be a shame if it wasn't available at the hotel. thanks.
